Our Founder
Shalom Livin was founded by Norma Turner with a simple but powerful belief: every person, regardless of their past or circumstances, deserves a safe and stable place to lay their head.
Driven by faith and years of community service, Norma built Shalom Livin to be more than an organization it's a mission rooted in care and connection. She shows up, builds relationships, and helps open doors that once felt out of reach.
Through a growing network of community partners and housing resources, Norma continues to help individuals and families find not just housing but the peace and stability that Shalom represents.
